Invoice

If you need an invoice please request it at the time the order is placed. It is important that you provide us with information, such as the VAT number, the company name and the billing address for the purpose of issuing a valid invoice.

Postage

Your purchase will be ready to be sent in 1-3 days. All orders are sent with Poste Italiane trackable mail service.
Please double check the address to which you wish your order to be delivered, studio saòr holds no responsibility for being supplied with an incorrect posting address. Redelivery will be at the cost of the customer.
National orders will be delivered approximately in 3-5 days. For international orders please allow approx 1-3 weeks for delivery. Please contact us for more info. On very rare occasion, overseas shipments may be subject to import duties and tax. Additional charges must be at the customer’s expense. studio saòr has no control over these charges and accepts no responsibility for any additional overseas costs.
If this order is for a special occasion and you require delivery by a certain date please message us through the contact form with the relevant information and we will do our best to accommodate.


Damages, Loss & Refunds

If the product is received damaged in the post, studio saòr must be notified immediately by the customer who will need to retain the product and packing. studio saòr will contact the delivery service who will be responsible for addressing and compensating the damage claim. The damaged product must not be sent back to studio saòr.
All orders are double checked before posting and will not be sent with any defects. studio saòr is not responsible for any damages incurred by Poste Italiane. Once the product has been dispatched to the delivery service by the seller, the risk of loss passes to the customer.


Returns

Products may be returned if the customer notifies studio saòr via email within 5 days of receipt of product. Products must be returned undamaged and in the state in which they were sent. The customer is responsible for ensuring correct packing of the product and using appropriate postal and recorded delivery methods with relevant insurance cover in place.
studio saòr is not responsible for the loss or damage of any returned product. Upon satisfactory receipt of the returned goods to studio saòr, we will refund the money earned to the buyer. studio saòr will aim to refund the buyers payment within 7 days minus the costs of initial shipping and packing charges.
The customer is liable for the return carriage costs. If the customer fails to return the goods they will be charged the full cost of their recovery. They are under a duty to take care of the goods until they are returned.
